Music in Durham

Northern Spirit on Radio 3

Award winning Durham choir Northern Spirit Singers will be appearing on Radio 3’s The Choir tomorrow at 4pm, singing at the Free Thinking festival at Sage Gateshead, along with the Quay Lasses, the North East Youth Chorale and the National Youth Choir of Great Britain’s chamber choir. I’ve never heard them before because I keep missing their concerts, so I’m definitely going to make sure I listen.

Northern Spirit’s Christmas concert is on 7 December at Elvet Methodist Church – details to follow.
