The virtuoso vocal ensemble EXAUDI have regularly appeared at MUSICON over the years and are now ensemble-in-residence at Durham University. This year, they bring a programme of intimate love songs from across the centuries, from limpid Elizabethan madrigals by Dowland and Morley to a stunning and moving tribute to Dowland by Danish composer Pelle Gudmundsen-Holmgreen.
