Andrew joined H & H as an apprentice in 1994, becoming their London Tuner in 2000. Since taking up the role of Head Voicer in 2012, he has been responsible for the musical success of many projects, including the Royal Festival Hall, Exeter Cathedral, King’s College Cambridge, Canterbury Cathedral and York Minster, together with new organs for Edington Priory, Hakadal Kirke, Norway, and St Andrew’s Church, Bedford. He became a director of H&H in 2017.

In addition to his work at H & H, Andrew is an accomplished organist and choir trainer, currently holding the posts of Director of Music at St Michael & All Angels, Croydon, and Director of the chamber choir, Amici Coro. In 2021 he was elected as Chair of the Institute of British Organ Building.
