Verdi love and loss
Opera Nova present their new production ‘Verdi: Love and Loss’, with chorus and soloists in semi-staged extracts from some of Verdi’s best loved operas – Aida, Rigoletto, Il trovatore, Otello, Falstaff and La traviata. The Opera Nova chorus and principals perform extracts from all these vibrant works – including stirring choruses, passionate love duets
and popular arias – culminating in the full company’s involvement in the dramatic close of Act 2 of La traviata.
Conducted by Marco Romano (Musical Director), produced by Penny Randall-Davis (Artistic Director) and accompanied by Lauren Gilbert
