St Brandon’s Church, Brancepeth
St Brandon’s Church is a few miles outside Durham, just off the A690. The church is next-door to the castle: drive right along the driveway through the big gates, and there is parking near the church, just outside the castle. The church interior was rebuilt after a fire in 1998 and has a beautiful, modern interior with a good acoustic for concerts and flexible seating layouts.
