The DUPO Symphony Orchestra also play Leonard Bernstein’s energetic curtain-raising Candide Overture and Missy Mazzoli’s Sinfonia (for Orbiting Spheres), performed both at the 2017 and 2023 BBC Proms in an expansive exploration of music ‘in the shape of our solar system’.
