Durham University Music School
Durham University Music Department has a small concert hall, used for student recitals, and chamber music concerts by visiting musicians. Most of the concerts in the MUSICON concert series are held here. The building is on the west side of Palace Green, right next to the cathedral.
There is generally no parking on Palace Green: the nearest public parking is in the city centre multi-stories or street parking (which is free after 6pm) – try Church Street, the Elvet area, or Quarryheads lane.
