Uncomplicated good cheer in this loud, boisterous and tuneful dance by Dvořák

A nice simple one today – this is one of those pieces of music that needs little explanation. It’s loud, it’s boisterous and it puts an enormous smile on my face, and this performance by Ivan Fischer and the Budapest Festival orchestra does it with great panache.
